KINE Research
The Department of Kinesiology offers students the opportunity to participate in cutting edge research ongoing in laboratories specializing in Thermal Regulation, Biomechanics, Neuromechanics, Motor Control, Exercise Physiology, Physical Education, Cardioprotection and Physical Activity & Health. Additionally, professors and students in the Department of Kinesiology collaborate with researchers in the Departments of Mechanical Engineering, Biology, the School of Veterinary Medicine, and other colleges and departments across campus, as well as outside collaborations with the military and other institutions across the country. Students are encouraged to become involved in ongoing research programs and pursue individual or group research projects.
