National University in Costa Rica:

Felipe Araya, responsible for establishing the university partnership between National University in Costa Rica and Auburn University, graduated with his doctorate degree in Kinesiology.

Maria Morera, a doctoral candidate in Kinesiology completed her doctorate at the end of Summer 2011 and returned to National University in Costa Rica. Maria is the second faculty member from National University to complete her degree and return to her country with an advanced degree and a set of skills that will contribute to the health and well-being of the people of Costa Rica.
