- Population genetics of redeye bass (Micropterus coosae)
- Genetics of largemouth bass (Micropterus), Florida (M. salmoides floridanus) vs Northern (M. salmoides salmoides) bass determination,
- Brook trout (Salvelinus fontinalis) genetics,
- Striped bass (Morone saxatilis), white bass (Morone chrysops) genetics, Sunshine bass, Palmetto bass analysis,
- Spotted bass (Micropterus punctulatus) genetics, Alabama spotted bass, Northern spotted bass,
