About the HHAO

The Health & Hospital Administration Organization (HHAO), is a campus association founded in 1977 and open to anyone interested in the field, whether enrolled in the HA Program or not.

Meeting several times each quarter, the HHAO presents speakers from a wide variety of health administration careers, sponsors social activities among HA students, conducts annual field trips to allow students to visit HA graduate programs, and serves as a forum for student input on HA Program policies. Information on forthcoming HHAO activities is usually announced in HA classes and/or provided by the HA Bulletin Board (near 7094 Haley Center). Also, the HA Newsline often posts information on meetings. You can also learn more about this organization, including its officers and constitution, by checking out the HHAO's own website.

HHAO is a student chapter of the American College of Health Care Executives (ACHE).

Dr. Rene' McEldowney serves as faculty adviser to the HHAO.
