Event Clarifications:

A)  Hot Air Balloons:
    No draw-strings, wires, or other \emph{special} material in the
    neck. 

B)  Don't Bug Me:
    A ``key'' for this event will be at most one 8.5 inch by 11 inch
    piece of notebook paper or up to six standard 3x5 note cards.
    Both sides may be used. 

C)  Rubber Band Catapult:
    This is an impound event, i.e., the participant's catapult must be
    impounded before the event begins at 9:45 am.
